Report a Problem

If you found a bug or something isn't working correctly, please send us an email at soporte@fudd.app with the following information so we can help you faster:

  1. Problem description: What were you doing when the error occurred?
  2. Device: brand and model of your phone (e.g., Samsung Galaxy A54).
  3. Android version: you can find this in Settings → About Phone.
  4. Screenshot: if possible, attach an image of the error.

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium plan subscriptions are managed directly through Google Play. For payment-related topics:

Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so in two ways:

Deletion will be processed within a maximum of 30 days. Note that data stored locally on your device is deleted when you uninstall the Application.
